She is first a sweetheart, super skilled, and extremely knowledgeable about different products and formulations, what works and what does not, and always curious to stay up to date with technology and new products that appear. I've been seeing her for a couple of years, and now that I live part-time in Paris, I still travel back to New York just to get a facial with her. But the real highlight of my experience is my FAVORITE ESTHETICIAN - ALINA. The spa facilities, the product choices, and the warm bed, when you are getting a facial, were top-notch. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a tranquil and peaceful oasis. I want to start by saying this is not my first time coming to the Spa at The Equinox but I wanted to leave a review for the fantastic customer service they provide.
